Description:Responsible for Property Management control activities and related disciplines to ensure continual accountability and stewardship of company and government property for TARGETS Program in accordance with applicable policies, customer requirements, and government regulations at both the Huntsville and Courtland sites.
Work closely and provide Property Management support to the program Property Custodian(s) in overseeing the accountability and control of Government property, such as, but not limited to property record accuracy, tracking asset maintenance /calibration requirements, physical inventories, disposition activities, etc.
Maintain records in the Property Business Systems database to include location, physical inventory, system status, identification, establishing property records, closing records in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements.
Provide guidance, property technical direction, and interpretation concerning property policies, government and company regulations, directives, and site instructions related to the overseeing of both Government and Company owned property.
Generate and distribute program property screening reports for utilization and excess property in accordance with governing processes and procedures.
Support both internal and external audits (DCMA, MDA Customer, LM Mission Success, AS9100, etc.)
Generate and approve shipping documents for movement of assets between Lockheed Martin or alternate sites.
Generate, report, and maintain metrics for measurement and sustainment and provide to management as required, or when requested.
Investigate and process internal/external loss reports, as required
Developing and executing Annual Inventory Plan; coordinating and conducting annual inventory of program property.
Maintain metrics and provide sustainment charts to Property Sr. Manager.
Provide input into the PMR Charts, as required.
Provide support to program logistics team.
Prepare and submit program CDRL’s as contractually required.
Receive, review, process RFNI’s (as needed) and track POP.
Receive, review, process property related contract modifications.
Process Disposition/Disposal Requests to Surplus (as needed)
Support program closeout efforts.
Basic Qualifications:Secret clearance is required prior to start
Must be United States Citizen
Ability to understand f Government Property FAR 52-245.1, 22 Property Elements, DFARS 252.245-7003 & 7005 requirements and compliances as it relates to the management, control, accountability, and stewardship of Government Property.
Ability to build monthly metric reports associated with physical inventory, disposals, utilization, etc.
Desired Skills:Experience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEE
Possess NPMA and/or DAU Property Certifications
Effective communication and writing skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
3+ years of related experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
