- 5+ years leading Agile product organizations using SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks and working directly with Product Owners and scrum teams.
- 5+ years owning P&L, revenue planning, or delivering against sales/revenue targets for product lines (experience managing or supporting a ~$50M product line preferred).
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, implementations, operations and legal to deliver releases and implementations and to manage key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using product analytics and experimentation to drive decisions; proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, roadmapping tools and product analytics platforms.
- SAFe, Scrum Product Owner/Product Manager or other relevant certifications preferred; Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with the Originate platform or comparable digital lending origination platforms.
