The Mature Commercial Engines Aftermarket organization is looking for a Business Analyst, Strategy to join the Aftermarket Modeling and Strategy group
This role shapes aftermarket strategy by combining data analysis with fleet intelligence, contract knowledge, and engineering drivers to identify trends, uncover patterns, and inform decision making. You will work with stakeholders to optimize contract pricing and fleet management, supporting short-term actions and long-term strategic planning.
We are looking for a person with the desire to dig into complex data, a curiosity to find hidden relationships, a creativity to develop new opportunities, and the ability to communicate complex findings simply and effectively.
What You Will Do:*

Uncover time-on-wing and pricing trends to drive fleet management strategies for long term contracts

Work with Powerplant Engineering, Finance, Aftermarket, Programs and various shops and vendors to identify emerging aftermarket trends and incorporate changes into forecasting processes

Utilize basic SQL and data analysis techniques to investigate unique findings, data discrepancies, or unexpected results
-
Identify high-cost drivers for engine overhauls and work with Engineering, shops, and vendors to identify mitigation opportunities
-
Analyze future cost savings business case opportunities while weighing risks and benefits
-
Support development of analytical tools and provide automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Communicate findings, risks, and opportunities found in data to upper management in a comprehensible way

Support ad hoc data analysis from various groups throughout the organization
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience to include data analytics, programming logic and delivering presentations to all levels of leadership OR and Advanced Degree with 5 years experience to include data analytics, programming logic and delivering presentations to all levels of leadership.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

Experience in developing strategies and calculating impacts

Prior experience with large sets of data and database systems

Familiarity with various data analysis methods and understanding of statistical / probabilistic concepts (Regression Modeling, Weibull Analysis, Monte Carlo simulation)

Demonstrated experience in data analysis programming languages (preference to R, Python, SQL, etc)

Interest in learning engine performance, module assembly/disassembly, and engine work scoping concepts
-
Experience communicating verbally and in writing for presentation to all levels of leadership.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
