Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Management Professional based in Shanghai. The role involves optimizing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across Hilton APAC's portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor performance, supporting the development and implementation of revenue strategies, and collaborating with property teams to ensure the successful execution of pricing plans. The position requires regular data analysis, forecast updates, and reporting to support decision-making and long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in revenue management or data analysis.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pricing optimization, and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of hospitality market trends, competitor analysis, and key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
