Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Shanghai, VA. The Senior Manager, HR Technology will oversee the strategy, implementation, and support of HR technology systems to optimize business processes and employee engagement. Responsibilities include identifying and executing technology solutions to meet HR organizational needs, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance system functionality, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position also involves analyzing data and trends to make data-driven decisions and support process improvements within Hilton's HR functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Technology platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems, and familiarity with system implementation and optimization.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on metrics and trends.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Effective stakeholder communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
- Understanding of HR policies, regulatory compliance, and best practices in HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in HR or technology are a plus.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations is a plus.
