AsMgrSCADA - E&P, you will manage theday-to-dayactivities of the SCADA functional support groups. Responsible for managing 24x7 SCADA tosupportedlines of business and related business processes.You will ensure the reliability and modernization of our SCADA environment while driving project delivery, continuous improvement, technology road mapping, cybersecurity assurance, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and team development - all contributing to Williams’ mission of delivering clean energy.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Leada team of IT professionals, consultants, and service providers supportingSCADAresponsible for daily application support, troubleshooting, commissioning, and system maintenance activities
Build andmaintainstrongrelationships with internalpartners, IT peer groups, businesspartners, service providers, and vendors
Manage budgetsandoversee cost performanceto ensureefficient resource allocation
Participates in organizational planning sessions and cross-functional collaboration to ensure SCADA support needs are represented
Strengthen cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Deliver projects and technology initiatives that align with the business roadmaps and IT architecture strategies
Supports vendor coordination, software maintenance activities, andissueescalation whererequired
Perform otherrelatedduties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required:Bachelor's Degree andtwo (2) years’ supervisory/management experience and a minimum ten (10) years’ IT experience
Preferred:Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Industrial Sciences, or Business andtwo - four (2 - 4) years’ supervisory/management experience and a minimum ten (10) years’ IT experience or Operations Technology leadership, specifically supporting SCADA or similar applications
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Applicationsand collaboration tools
Deep understanding of IT governance, service delivery, and cross-functional dependencies
Experience with project managementprinciplesand methodologies
Working knowledgeof cybersecuritystandards,IndustryOperationsandframeworks
Preferred: Experience supportingCygNetSCADA systems and upstream E&P operational technologies
Preferred: Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies practices (certifications a plus)
Preferred: Strong understanding of plungerliftsystems, well optimization pipeline engineering,automation, measurement, well optimization, plunger lift systems, and core upstream E&P commercial fundamentals
