Description:Provide executive administrative support to the Vice President of Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT). This position has a broad range of responsibilities including maintaining executives' Outlook calendar, prioritizing incoming messages and meeting requests, managing executives' e-mail account, making travel arrangements, compiling and submitting expense reports, coordinating/scheduling/supporting meetings and events, assisting in the preparation of briefing materials, and other general office tasks. This is a key position in a fast paced organization and requires an individual who is motivated, proactive and a team player.
Basic Qualifications:5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience.
Experience managing emails, calendars and leading coordination.
Experience with Microsoft Office--Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (specifically Outlook Calendar management).
Experience with travel planning, coordination and submitting expense reports.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
