FACO Supervisor at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Greenville, SC Campus, you will lead a skilled team responsible for the
Final Assembly & Check Out of Block 70 F-16 Aircraft. Leveraging your expertise in aerospace manufacturing and maintenance methodologies, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the FACO build team. With a
focus on adherence to safety standards, high level quality, critical schedule attainment, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence, you'll play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality aerospace solutions.
Join us and be part of a team driving innovation and shaping the future of aviation!Key Responsibilities- Supervise specific aircraft in a given manufacturing area, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policy.
- Strategically set priorities and effectively allocate resources to support production schedules, emphasizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to timelines to meet customer needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of skilled Aircraft technicians, conducting regular performance evaluations, identifying development opportunities, and fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Empowered as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, needs, and concerns in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner. While elevating as necessary to gain support or guidance as necessary.
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across functional areas, leveraging best practices, innovative solutions, and lessons learned to enhance overall performance and productivity.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.Basic Qualifications:• 8 years Aircraft Maintenance or Manufacturing Experience Minimum
• Associate degree or higher education
• 6 years Leadership experience (Supervisor and/or Lead role)
• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues
• Experience with business metrics (cost, schedule, KPIs, and quality)
• Ability to work in an agile team based environment
Desired Skills:• Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings and publications.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
