Job Overview
We’re adding a Field Service Project Leader to support our growing field operations in the Southwest. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple mine sites and service projects, with a strong focus on shovel and drill equipment, job execution, and team support.
You’ll spend most of your time in the field, traveling between job sites and mines, while partnering closely with technicians and leadership to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support field service employees across multiple active job sites
- Oversee service projects involving shovel and drill equipment
- Travel regularly to mines and customer sites across the Southwest
- Track labor hours, parts usage, and job costs
- Monitor job progress and help resolve issues in real time
- Balance multiple jobs at once in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
- Partner with leadership to support team growth and operational efficiency
- Primary focus on a safe work environment
- Assess equipment repair needs and develop repair processes.
- Always work efficiently and productively to maintain a billable rate
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years as a technician working on mining shovels, loaders or drills
- Willing to travel 100% to meet business requirements
- Clean driving record
