UX/UI Design Analyst -Analyst Program
As part of the Fiserv Analyst Program, the UX/UI Design Analyst is an early‑career role designed to help develop the next generation of UX and design talent. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working on real products while receiving structured training, mentorship, and exposure to cross‑functional teams.
This role is ideal for recent or upcoming graduates who are interested in user experience, user interface design, and building intuitive digital products at scale.
What you’ll do
- Support the design of user‑centered digital experiences across web and/or mobile products
- Create wireframes, basic prototypes, and visual UI designs using established design systems
- Assist with usability testing, research activities, and synthesis of user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers throughout the design process
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Help ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
What you’ll learn

- How to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
- How design decisions impact customers, operations, and business outcomes
What you need to have:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
- Basic understanding of UX and UI principles
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar (academic or project‑based experience is fine)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback
- Curiosity, initiative, and interest in financial technology or digital products
What would be great to have:
- Internship, capstone, or portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
- Familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, or usability testing
- Interest in analytics, research, or design systems
