Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage, classify, and index a wide array of documents to facilitate easy retrieval and reference
- Conduct comprehensive verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data handled, supporting organizational decision-making and compliance
- Collaborate with HR and People Ops teams to manage documentation specific to human resources, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of records and information, maintaining high standards of organization and accessibility
- Uphold rigorous attention to detail across all tasks, ensuring precision in record-keeping and data management
- Utilize systems such as SharePoint, CMS, and HRIS to efficiently manage documents and information, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Proven experience in document and information management, ideally within a People Ops or HR context
- Familiarity with document management systems, including SharePoint, OpenText, and PeopleSoft strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
- Be meticulous and detail-oriented; possess substantial experience and expertise in document management and information systems
