Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies within the facility
- Support the setup and breakdown of equipment and work areas for different projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency
- Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and recording materials used
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors, adapting to various operational needs
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a industrial or construction environment (preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
