What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading cross‑functional planning and execution of capital and operational projects within a cement‑plant or terminal environment, ensuring alignment with production, maintenance, and engineering objectives
- Coordinating closely with internal technical teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to support smooth project progression and adherence to industry standards
- Monitoring project performance with an experienced eye for cement‑industry risks, identifying issues early, and implementing corrective actions to maintain scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Preparing clear project documentation, progress reports, and technical updates for leadership and operational stakeholders
- Driving consistency and continuous improvement in project management practices, with a focus on reliability, safety, and long‑term operational performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong project leadership experience within cement, aggregates, mining, or heavy‑industrial environments, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary work
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, maintenance, operations, and external contractors
- Proven skill in managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies specific to industrial facilities
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment specifications, and process information, and to make informed decisions based on practical field experience
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems to track progress, communicate results, and maintain documentation integrity
Work Environment
- This role may involve working in office, plant, and field settings.
- Occasional travel to project sites or regional meetings may be required.
- Work may include interactions with operational areas, requiring adherence to safety protocols and protective equipment guidelines.
