Job Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
- Strategically position organizational strengths against top competitors to effectively close offers with elite talent
- Utilize data and metrics to advise hiring managers on talent gaps and develop comprehensive hiring strategies
- Engage and influence leadership stakeholders, including hiring leaders and executive staff, with executive presence and professionalism
- Handle escalations and provide creative solutions to challenges that arise during the recruitment process
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve hiring objectives within tight deadlines
- Conduct advanced Boolean search strings and x-ray searches across multiple platforms to identify hard-to-find talent
- Assess both technical competencies and soft skills during candidate interviews
- Partner collaboratively with hiring teams to support organizational mission and deliver top-tier talent
- Monitor and improve recruitment efficiency through metrics and data analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a recruiting capacity
- Proven track record in full cycle recruitment within the technology industry
- Experience recruiting for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and engaging competitive talent in specialized markets
- Comprehensive understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with ability to develop strategic hiring approaches
- Startup mindset with ability to adapt quickly and prioritize both speed and quality
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with focus on metrics-driven efficiency improvements
- Advanced interviewing and assessment skills for evaluating technical and soft skills
- Bias for action with passion for innovation and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with team-player mentality
- High level of accountability with commitment to team success
- Boolean search string expertise with ability to conduct x-ray searches across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS and various ATS systems
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices

- Pay Range*: $36.50 - $41.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
