Stage and publish content in the CMS, trafficking all required assets (written content, imagery, audio, and video) in coordination with design and multimedia teams. Ensure all pages meet accessibility, brand, and layout standards. Manage landing‑page updates, monitoring content rotation and identifying story placement opportunities. Use analytics tools to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and inform content decisions. Apply SEO best practices, metadata standards, and user‑journey insights to improve visibility and engagement. Experience in financial services is required, with investment banking and/or investment management preferred. Bachelor's degree required with 8-10 years managing and/or editing investment-related content for mass media or a large corporation, with multiple stakeholders and a broad audience. Expert in the dynamics of online content creation, management and curation to drive brand reputation, new business, and client engagement. Experience collaborating cross-functionally, engaging senior stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of multimedia content (video, podcast, infographics) and digital asset workflows. Experience using a CMS to manage real-time content. Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, digital accessibility standards, and UX best practices. Experience using generative AI in content creation and amplification preferred.
