The FLEx center is a new multi-modality (small molecule, biologics, vaccine) Drug Product development and
GMP clinical manufacturing plant in Rahway, New Jersey. The role at the Operator level will be responsible for sampling and dispensing of excipients to support Oral Solid Dosage, Sterile and Animal Health

manufacturing. The FLEx Material Handler will need to work proficiency in an electronic inventory management system and weigh and dispense software. Additional responsibilities include: identification and ownership of continuous improvement initiatives within the Weigh and Dispense Area and facility cleaning and sanitization according to the requirements within local area procedures. Furthermore, yearly cycle counting will be performed by the Material Handling Team to ensure alignment between the physical and electronic inventory. The successful candidate will need to work cross functionally with partner groups including Facilities, Safety and Laboratory Services. The role is based in Rahway, New Jersey and reports to the Weigh and Dispense Supervisor within the FLEx Materials Management Group.

- Must adhere to cGMP practices and follow SOP
- Physically capable to don and wear cleanroom protective gowning including PAPR
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

The Salary Range For This Role Is
$55,900 - $88,100
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
