Maintain situational awareness on evolving threats and new technologies to deliver tactical support to Mission Protection and Mission Operations.

Serve as a technical subject-matter expert on multiple resiliency topics and capabilities. Perform project management/project leadership tasks collaborating with a multitude of customer and other contractor teams.

Mission Protection expertise to DoD and IC Space training exercise and readiness events.

Develop processes, procedures, and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs); build, coordinate, train, evaluate and analyze execution plans, supporting technical information, operating instructions and documents.

Regularly provide technical inputs, analysis, presentations, training, and decision recommendations on Mission Protection topics to keep customer and contractor leadership apprised of activities, deliverables, problems, and opportunities.

Provide Mission Protection support to enterprise projects as well as to other programs as directed by the customer.

Create and present abstracts, white papers, and presentations to a variety of venues to include national level conferences.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.

Experience with mission protection or operations.

Experience analyzing and evaluating data and events to recommend courses of action that support mission protection
-
Experience developing, tailoring and delivering technical presentations for engineering, operations, customer and contractor teams
-
Experience with senior leadership customer and contractor teams on complex issues.

Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite

An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Operational experience integrating and operating Domain Awareness and Analysis tools.

Experience building training regimens for space operations and mission protection

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
