Develop and deliver service delivery and executive support models for CDS Collaboration Spaces.

Collaborate with service providers, Enterprise Services partners, and other external stakeholders to develop new capabilities and sustain existing services. Incorporate CDS capabilities with complimentary enterprise services, including secure space standards and unclassified digital services.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational, logistical, and technical challenges, integrating operational processes, technologies, and stakeholder groups within and outside of RTX.

Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security requirements.

Provide proactive, high-touch customer service, anticipating executive needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Deliver white-glove IT support for executive devices, collaboration tools, and video conferencing systems.

Maintain visualizations, reporting, and analysis of service management data.

Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.

Support service delivery stakeholders within enterprise and business unit teams in accessing and fulfilling their support responsibilities.

Administer executive level devices, collaboration tools and video conferencing systems to ensure they are available and fit for purpose.

Develop and maintain training to support service platform use.

Travel Requirements: As needed, up to 25%

Location/Role Type: Hybrid work with in-person support; availability for occasional after-hours and on-call support.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.

Proficiency in network administration (WAN/LAN, Cisco), system troubleshooting, and cybersecurity tools/frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST).

Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification

Previous Information System Security Officer (ISSO) experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
