The Implementations Analyst leads clients through the onboarding process by understanding their business needs, configuring the system to match those requirements, and ensuring a smooth, successful go-live. You’ll run project kickoff meetings, gather and translate requirements, build business process prototypes, configure forms and workflows, manage project timelines, and meet with clients weekly or biweekly throughout implementation.
You will also create client-specific documentation, demonstrate configured prototypes, and build reports using the system’s reporting tools. This role requires someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and confident in client-facing settings. You will be mentored by a Senior Consultant as you grow into the role.
Candidates familiar with HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JSON, or SQL will be well positioned for more advanced system tasks, but these skills are not required to configure the core application. AI tools will be part of your day-to-day work to accelerate documentation, analysis, testing, and prototype creation.
