A Brief Overview
Directs workflow for medical records departments and front-end technicians. Establishes support for service priorities by ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables.
What you will do
- Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Front-End OCR area's goals.
- Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Front End OCR.
- Develops strategy to ensure the accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.
- Evaluates operating results with established objectives and recommends performance improvement opportunities.
- Controls payroll costs through analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs.
- Generates and maintains communication throughout the organization.
- Conducts performance appraisals to provide employees with timely and constructive feedback.
- Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
