Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage existing accounts while building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B environments; experience in technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in account management, territory management, and direct sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
