What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming store experience
- Help customers with:
- Activations and upgrades
- Bill payments and account support
- Phones, plans, and accessories
- Recommend products and services that fit customer needs
- Hit individual and store sales goals
- Upsell accessories, protection, and add-on services
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
- Track sales and customer information using our POS system
- Work as part of a team and bring positive energy to the store
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)
- Comfortable talking to customers and making recommendations
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
