Financial Consolidation & Reporting – Lead the consolidation, reporting, and analysis of core financial metrics (Bookings, Sales, Profit, Cash) for Advanced Systems.

Track and report on investments across all colors of money (Capital, NBI, IR&D, Overhead, etc.).

Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and report cycles, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Monthly Business Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews.

Support contractual variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, CDRL preparation (CFSR, FMHR), and development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC).

Supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan.

Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 5 years of Finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years' Finance related experience.

Experience with various forms of budgeting and/or forecasting techniques along with financial analysis and/or reporting.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, & PowerPoint.

Experience with performing qualitative or comparative analysis with an emphasis on variance explanation.

Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Ability to demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively lead and participate in meetings.

Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.

Experience in using RTX Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW, PMX, RPLAN)

Experience working in a DoD environment.

Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
