Global Technical Solutions, Defense Documentation is seeking a Logistics Support Lead based out of St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will develop and distribute technical publications for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), focusing on system sustainment. Responsibilities include editing technical documents, delivering Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), conducting sustainment analyses, and Product Support Management across various media. You will primarily support the Advanced Networking Solutions portfolio, with a focus on the Cooperative Engagement Capability program.
You will lead an ILS Agile Scrum team of logisticians and technical writers, updating illustrative materials while working cross-functionally with engineering to obtain source data for updating flowcharts, visuals, procedures and technical specifications.
What You Will Do:

Manage the preparation and delivery of ILS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) in conjunction with program leadership on various Navy platforms, to include shipboard, airborne, and expeditionary (USMC) configurations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure updates of source data for the update of ILS products as engineering changes to the products are required

Update IETMs, Technical Manuals, and various ILS materials adhering to US Government and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer delivery schedules and requirements

Support the preparation of multiple CDRL deliverables by maintaining associated technical manual tracking databases, verification processes, and procedures

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

2+ years experience in the field of Integrated Logistics and Product Support of the system's life cycle and/or systems engineering and/or hardware technician
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience supporting engineering sustainment activities for US Navy military programs for technical documentation/writing

Experience with Linux, Eagle, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and Python

Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

Experience with MS Office or other presentation tools and development tools for XML/HMTL processing

Experience in the preparation and presentation of briefing material to internal and external customers

Establish and sustain effective business relationships, respond to customer needs, address complex technical requirements, and lead a cross-functional team to achieve business goals in a timely manner

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
