About this Position Henkel is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Infrastructure Repair Systems in Angola. As the Regional Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within your assigned region. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and executing strategies to achieve business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
What you´ll do
- Drive sales growth and market penetration across assigned geographic territory and targeted end markets, including transmission pipeline repair, offshore and onshore process pipelines, and vessels.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable growth.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assets, projects, and applications, managing opportunities from lead generation through execution.
- Build strong relationships with asset owners, key decision makers, and influencers, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes within the OCG market.
- Lead consultative, solution-based selling by presenting qualified repair systems that address customer challenges and operational requirements.
- Work effectively with channel partners, engineering, training, inside sales, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide structured market feedback to support portfolio development and innovation.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and customer activity records within the sales CRM system, and report on performance and key risks.
