The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Discipline organization is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, System Security Engineering (SSE), integration and system level testing, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level integration, verification and validation.
Within SE&TC, Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Logistics, Technical Manuals, Training, Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability and Repair.
What You Will Do:
The Deployment, Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) team on LTAMDS is looking for a Depot Integration Lead to develop and partner strategies in conjunction with the various LTAMDS Product Line teams in support of the US Army Letterkenny, FMS depots. Additional responsibilities include Raytheon standup activities to support the depot developments for growing the capabilities to maintain the LTAMDS product line. The lead will develop and grow depot capabilities to maintain the LTAMDS Product line ensuring that all responsibilities and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
As a Depot Integration Lead you’ll work closely with the LTAMDS Product Line IPTs and CPTs , Program office, US and FMS customers, Supply Chain, Quality, Global Mobility, EXIM and Test Engineering to apply disciplined program management processes to ensure excellence in execution.
Additional responsibilities may include:

Driving performance to cost and schedule targets

Responsible for executing program scope within cost and schedule requirements

Maintaining open and frequent communication with other program leads

Generating/Leading strategy roadmaps on all relevant depot capabilities

Resolving cost, scope, and schedule issues
-
Regularly interacting with the USG and LEAD customers

Leading the development execution

Driving Depot Repair and Test Strategies
Domestic and International Travel Will Be Required
This position will be based in Tewksbury, MA.
This position is designated as ONSITE. Commuting costs to and from named the facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or managing project or program cost, schedule and risk.

Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance is required. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities and with US Army / DoD Radar Programs
-
Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems.

Experience with proposals development/management

Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes

Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools

Ability to lead, along with peers, the development of long-range plans to capitalize on future opportunities

Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change

Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports Exceptional judgment and decision-making

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
