Raytheon Technologies is seeking a strong candidate to join the Advanced Products & Solutions acquisition team as a Principal Specialist of Procurement in our CCA & PWB group. This position will manage medium and high complexity Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA), and Printed Wire Boards (PWB) procurements. This procurement professional will be the focal point for interface and communications between Raytheon Programs and suppliers.
This role can be filled in a variety of Raytheon hub locations and is remote work-from-home.
What You Will Do:
Leading Supplier interaction and collaboration with the Raytheon Program Teams to manage a variety of procurements including but not limited to build-to-print, performance specifications, Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs), for medium/high complexity CCA & PWB commodities. Selecting qualified suppliers and seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable)
Developing and managing RFI and RFQs
Preparing POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions. Post-award management of POs in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions
Managing Suppliers to meet Program requirements with the desired quality and delivery.
Preparing and executing various types of agreements, such as: PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, etc.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience are required

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in Government procurement
SAP experience
Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
