Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for technology sales, and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Manage accounts effectively through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Deliver product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and create promotional materials.
- Engage in territory management to ensure coverage of all potential clients within designated regions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management and business development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
