*This position requires frequent travel in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and reports to the Midwest Regional SQA Manager. Candidate must live in region and southern Wisconsin / northern Illinois preferred.
Supplier Quality Assurance is seeking an experienced quality practitioner to be a Pratt & Whitney Supplier Quality Assurance Representative. This position covers Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and potentially other Midwest states and reports to the SQA Manager of the Midwest Region.
What You Will Do:
-
Supplier on-site quality support.
-
First Article Inspection approval.
-
Supplier surveillance audits.
-
Support PW initiatives throughout the supply base.

Manage suppliers Delegated Product Release and Verification programs
-
Support escape/non-conformance/RCCA investigation.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering and/or Quality Auditing experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Frequent travel in the Midwest to various suppliers in the region.
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Knowledge of AS9100 and PW specifications preferred.

Experience with First Article Inspection.
-
Experience with RCCA.
-
Familiarity with shop operations, work instructions, and quality documentation.

Familiarity with various inspection tools and techniques including layout inspection is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and procedures. Forging experience a plus.

Ability to interact with all levels of management.
-
Ability to effectively manage time and work with minimal supervision.
-
Experience with tools such as MS Office or similar spreadsheet, presentation and word processing applications.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
