What You'll Be Doing
- Provide proactive HR partnership and guidance to leaders and employees.
- Lead employee relations activities with a focus on fair, timely, and solutions‑oriented outcomes.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Champion HR processes and programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze data and trends to recommend improvements and drive operational HR excellence.

Work Environment
This role supports our Georgia Aggregates locations and requires being onsite at plant locations 2 to 3 days per week. Remaining work will be performed from an office environment, with regular interaction across functional teams.
