Wells Fargo is seeking a
Senior Business Execution Consultant to lead high-impact strategic programs that accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across
Global Payments and Liquidity. This role is well-suited for a results-driven program leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and balances innovation with disciplined execution and risk management.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution-translating strategy into action, delivering measurable business outcomes, and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and governance frameworks.
What You'll Do:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring outcomes are aligned to business objectives and delivered on time.
- Identify and pursue both near-term opportunities ("quick wins") and longer-term capabilities that enable sustained AI adoption and value realization.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve an integrated program roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with broader strategic goals.
- Partner with stakeholders across lines of business, technology, data, and risk to align resources, manage dependencies, and drive informed decision-making.
- Communicate program status, risks, and key metrics with clarity and transparency, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Promote responsible innovation by introducing new ideas and ways of working while adhering to enterprise risk, compliance, and model governance standards.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within technology, data, or AI-adjacent environments.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiatives in a regulated environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with experience managing complex initiatives within formal governance structures.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces, with the ability to adapt quickly and bring clarity.
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight timelines.

Job Expectations:- This role will be required to sit out of Charlotte, NC (Uptown location). No other locations will be considered. Candidates outside of a reasonable commuting distance will need to consider relocation.
