Description:Performs a variety of administrative and secretarial duties for assigned leader or Executive. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; VP diary management and scheduling; VP and Executive team travel arrangements and subsequent expense management and reconciliation; interviewing callers; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. This position is for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Strategy Integration. The selected candidate for this role will successfully execute the job duties described below:
• Manage complex calendar engagements with an understanding of which activities are most important for the appropriate allocation of the VP’s time
• Prepare and reconcile expense reports and coordinate arrangements and travel plans for extensive domestic and international travel
• Handle professionally with the highest level of confidentiality sensitive information
• Work independently, exercise considerable discretion, tact and independent judgment and be forward thinking in managing activities for the Vice President
• Help plan and execute stakeholder visits and meetings, company events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistics are well coordinated
• Exhibit professional interface with colleagues, employees, leaders, and customers • Manage the logistical requirements for senior leaders visiting the LM sites
• Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests
• Assure administrative detail on all projects: update and status delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
• Multitask effectively to handle various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required
The role requires regular onsite work and occasional travel as needed.
Basic Qualifications:• 5+ years of recent and demonstrated extensive experience providing executive administrative assistant support to VP level clients
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin’s BAs, functions, procedures, and operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound decision making and prioritization ability, with ability to problem solve complex issues
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic, changing environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent calendar management skills including the ability to coordinate complex executive meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; LM Travel and Expense Reporting system
• Discretion while handling sensitive information with the ability to maintain confidentiality • Demonstrated ability to act with diplomacy and professionalism with customers, colleagues, and leaders
• Ability to handle a variety of assignments at one time and complete assignments accurately and on time
• Ability to travel when required
Desired Skills:• Demonstrated proficiency in preparing reports, documents and presentations for executives.
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,200 - $121,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
