What You Will Do:

Serve as a strategic partner to the Enterprise Change Leader and team, supporting and advising on cross-functional and enterprise change initiatives for Collins Transformation.

Lead a team providing change consultation and advisory services for Collins' key initiatives.

Act as a change consultant, offering thought leadership, strategic direction, and execution guidance.

Manage external vendors and consulting partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accountability for results.

Foster collaboration across functions to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

Assess change readiness, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
-
Coach leaders and teams to enhance change capability, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable change roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Oversee execution of the change management plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, identifying risks, and proposing mitigations.

Must be willing and able to travel 30% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
-
5+ years of direct experience in enterprise change management, consulting, or transformation roles
-
3+ years of experience leading teams
-
Demonstrated experience driving large-scale change across complex organizations with complex product/service offerings and global footprint
Qualifications We Prefer:

Certification in PMP, Prosci, or equivalent change management methodology.

Experience in manufacturing, factory, or multi-site operations within a complex enterprise.

Expertise in implementing workforce planning tools and processes.

Proven success in leading transformation initiatives.

Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and sound judgment.

Ability to influence, coach without authority, and build trust across organizations.

Ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias for action.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
