Drive the design, implementation, and ongoing management of service delivery and support models for CDS Data Connectivity and Collaboration Services, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operations.

Partner with service providers, Enterprise Services teams, Cybersecurity professionals, and other stakeholders to develop new capabilities, sustain existing services, and align CDS capabilities with complementary enterprise services.

Lead efforts to resolve complex operational, logistical, and technical challenges, ensuring seamless integration of processes, technologies, and stakeholder groups within and outside of RTX.

Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security requirements, maintain security documentation, and provide training on advanced IT processes.

Maintain visualizations, reporting, and analysis of service management data to support decision-making and service improvements.

Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve efficiencies and outcomes.

Develop reusable processes and frameworks for onboarding new third-party partners and integrating their systems with internal platforms.

Develop and maintain training materials to enable effective use of the service platform and support service delivery stakeholders in fulfilling their responsibilities.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Security, or Project Management.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 7 years experience.

Knowledge of data transfer principles for classified information systems.
-
Ability to translate business and product requirements into actionable technical strategies.
-
Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders, such as partnership managers and product leaders.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and cybersecurity best practices.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and/or PMP Certification.

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense).

Proficiency in developing roadmaps, timelines, and metrics to track progress, measure success, and communicate value to stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
