Event Creative Design Coordinator
About the Role:
The People Experience Coordinator, Event Design is a key role within our People Experience team, supporting the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and immersive employee experiences.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in events, hospitality, and creative production who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both organizational excellence and creative thinking to their work. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute ideas while supporting the full lifecycle of event production.
This role offers meaningful exposure to creative strategy, experiential design, and cross-functional collaboration, and is well-suited for someone looking to build a long-term career in events and people experience.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Project Coordination
Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously across timelines and teams
Create agendas, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and employee communications
Track budgets, expenses, and forecasts for assigned projects
Build and manage content within internal event websites and apps
Creative & Experiential Support
Contribute ideas to event concepts, themes, and experiences
Support creative presentations, proposals, and decks
Assist with copywriting, storytelling, and visual content
Collaborate with Event Leads, Creative Specialists, and Brand teams on production elements
Support creative execution across décor, programming, and environmental design
Collaboration & Execution
Build relationships with vendors, venues, and production partners
Participate in department meetings, planning calls, and on-site execution
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Operations, and Leadership
Travel domestically and internationally for major events

Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
Background in hospitality, service, production, or creative fields
Experience building presentations, decks, or visual proposals
Familiarity with design tools or creative software (Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
Strong visual, storytelling, or branding instincts
Interest in creative direction, experiential strategy, or brand production
