If so, our L.I.F.T. Summit may be for you! Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow (L.I.F.T.) is an early-access GE Aerospace recruiting event!
Required qualifications:
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering, Business/Finance, Digital Technology, Supply Chain, or related degree.
Degree completion in December 2026 or May/June 2027; or May/June 2026 specifically for Finance
Current cumulative GPA equal to or greater than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, without rounding
Permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S. Specific to the co-op roles in our Systems Engineering group, US Citizenship is required.
Have not previously attended the L.I.F.T Summit and/or are not a current, previous or incoming GE Aerospace intern/co-op/full-time employee

L.I.F.T. Summit: Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow
The 2026 L.I.F.T. Summit will take place July 8-10 at GE Aerospace headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This signature event hosts university students in Cincinnati to learn about GE Aerospace and how we are advancing flight for future generations! Hosted by our early career recruiting team and our employee base, this 3-day event will build relationships with top students and potentially send them home with offers for 2027 starts.
This also includes early access to interview for a 2027 full-time program role in the Systems Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP), Manufacturing Engineering Development Program (MEDP), Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP), or Financial Management Program (FMP).
We will provide:
