Job Summary

You will develop and implement scalable AI-driven solutions that enhance both developer productivity and customer experience. Responsibilities
- Build API, MCP Servers, AI agents, and LLM Interactions using Python, FastAPI, LangChain, or Strands
- Develop full stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, vitest, and TestingLibrary on the front end
- Design and implement scalable cloud applications using AWS services such as S3, EKS, Elasticache, Bedrock, AgentCore and Guardrails
- Build observability solutions using Datadog and Splunk
- Propose initial UI/UX concepts and flows and iterate based on feedback from Product and UX teams
- Work with security and legal teams to evaluate AI Assistants and maintain them
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to adapt tools to company codebases by implementing custom instructions, custom agents and agent skills
- Partner with delivery managers, software engineers and other team members to translate requirements into technical solutions, participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and architecture discussions
- Guide the implementation of AI agents for developer productivity and customer experience use cases, including designing API integrations, building evaluation pipelines, and establishing best practices for agent workflows
- Manage production deployment, monitoring and support for AI and Agentic use cases
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, LangChain, or Strands
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, vitest, and TestingLibrary
- Expertise in AWS services including S3, EKS, Elasticache, Bedrock, AgentCore and Guardrails
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and Splunk
- Experience with Generative AI-driven solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Learning mindset with ability to become proficient in new technologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
- Familiarity with no-SQL databases such as elastic cache or open search
Qualifications
- Three years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- One year of work experience in Generative AI-driven solutions
