We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to support MWM, a globally recognized brand specializing in gas engines and distributed power generation solutions. MWM is part of Caterpillar Inc., alongside Solar Turbines. A dedicated MWM entity is currently being established in Brno, which will serve as a hub for engineering and project execution globally. In this role, you will be part of the MWM HR Team. The role is primarily based in Brno and requires 5 days a week in office.

Role Definition:
The role of Talent Acquisition Partner supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including active sourcing, interviewing, job offer, reference checking, etc.
Responsibilities:
Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.
Active sourcing, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
Skill Descriptors
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.
Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified employees, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
