Role Definition
Plan and process the purchasing of materials, purchase order generation, track the delivery of new part numbers to assure receipt in accordance with production program requirements from approved requisitions. Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to supplier and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortage. Coordinate and execute Control SOX audits requested by Corporate.
What you will do:
- Identify and monitor potential for cost and inventory reductions, as well as responsibility for soundness of business proposals and risk assessment.
- Operating and monitoring the supply network procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.
- Collaborating with business partners and suppliers and resolving facility specific supplier issues.
- Serve as a trusted resource to support compliance to Purchasing Practices and Enterprise Procedures around purchasing goods and services.
- Coordinate and execute Control SOX audits requested by Corporate.
Degree Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in international business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advanced English-speaking level.

- Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

- CPIM Certification (APICS)
- Green Belt Certification
