Support and execute aftermarket support strategy including module, spares constraints, contract cost, and engine workscope changes

Ensure cohesive and harmonized collaboration between CIPTs, Aftermarket Organization, Spares, Customer Technical Support, ASE, PCE, and Program Office

Identifying, documenting, and assessing risks for mitigation actions and reporting into the AIPT, Program Office, and Program Chief Engineer.

Ensure alignment between Program requirements and Aftermarket strategy, prioritization of actions to material need, contract cost, and shop TAT.

Develop rapid response to immediate program aftermarket needs including targeted work scopes.

Aid CIPT to develop reaction plans to new distress modes, part delivery shortfalls, workscope changes, or other engine shop visit disruption.

Support detailed part gap analysis ensuring long term supportability

Ensure part strategies address top technical issues with both design, inspection limits, and repair strategy.

Support and Manage part/component/module maintenance plans.

Incorporate learning from events into long term supportability picture ensuring updated spares/repair/cost forecasting.

Communicate reparability lesson learning into part redesigns.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of prior relevant work experience or an Advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant Aerospace experience
-
4+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple technical disciplines
-
US Citizenship required due to program requirements and government contracts.

Travel less than 10%

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 10 years work experience

Assertive and results-oriented with good problem-solving skills

May have broad knowledge of project management

Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems to provide enhancements within job area

4+ Experience working with suppliers, vendors, and partners

4+ Experience in CIPT environment

4+ Experience with OCE product family

4+ Experience in any Aftermarket capacity within Pratt & Whitney

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
