The Site Supervisor is responsible for support of various aspects of program management and business administration activities to ensure timely and cost effective accomplishments of contractual commitments. The general scope of this position includes overseeing functions and personnel within Human Resources, Financial Analysis, Contract Administration Support, Accounting and Budgeting functions, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Management and coordination of work across the assigned location.
Manage the operations and day to day tasks across all sites within the assigned location.
Coordinate with Government representatives to provide information and services per the contract.
Serves as the Maintenance Manager with responsibility for planning, managing, and directing the activities of aviation maintenance mission with include repair, rebuild, fabrication, and/or modification of major end items and secondary items (e.g. engines, transmissions, rotor heads, Flexible Engine Test Stands (FEDS), rotor blades associated with complex rotary wing aircraft systems) for the supported unities within the area of operation.
Interfaces with supported unit’s maintenance managers, Company Commanders, and Government staff to balance priorities and workload according to mission requirements.
Use extensive knowledge of rotary wing aviation maintenance, back shop operations, and procedures in the U.S. Army and Host Nation environment to independently coordinate and integrate contractor personnel to accomplish the PWS Aviation Sustainment Mission.
Plans, schedules, and coordinates work operations for accomplishment by contractor personnel assigned to the activity within schedules and priorities established. Analyzes work schedules, determines manpower, equipment and material requirements taking into consideration the occupations involved, availability of manpower, equipment, deadlines, and other work projects assigned.
Rearranges work schedules and locations to accommodate mission readiness requirements or lack of required parts and equipment.
Meets with Regional Management officials and Government representatives on a regular basis to provide information regarding progress on projects, discuss issues and recommend solutions to resolve problems. Schedules meetings to keep abreast of accomplishing schedules within appropriate time frames, manpower and materials problems, etc. Coordinates with appropriate personnel to provide information or to obtain required support services such as facilities, security, transportation, etc.
Attends process reviews, meetings, etc., making needed technical contributions for the implementation of policies, procedures, and techniques which will satisfy operational requirements.
Provide formal and informal status of assigned projects to support new programs and other data of interest to the Government.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High School Graduate or equivalent is required.
Ten (10) years of aviation maintenance experience.
Five (5) years of supervisor experience.
Three (3) years of US Army aviation maintenance experience.
Two (2) years US Army Aviation maintenance supervisory experience.
Should have background with the AH-64 MDS
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization**NAC-I T1 Public Trust. Note: US Citizenship is required for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.
Interim NACI required for deployment.
Valid Passport is Required for deployment to Poland.
Will travel to Germany prior to Poland deployment
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and accounting principles.
Knowledge of human resource laws preferred, especially concerning assigned location.
Strong analytical skills to assist Regional Management.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Knowledge and ability to perform processes in Microsoft office Suite.
Ability to negotiate with suppliers to achieve best quality, price and delivery of goods and services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Knowledge
Possess good communication skills.
Three (3) years of program management experience in aviation maintenance operations.
Three (3) years of program management experience with an international scope (such as Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, or Southwest Asia).
Working knowledge of Workday software applications.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
May work in aircraft maintenance hangar or warehouse.
May require lifting of objects whose weight normally will not exceed 50lbs.
Must be able to Read, Write and Communicate effectively in English
Some positions will be assigned to overseas locations where living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, hazardous/harsh conditions, and noise hazards in an aviation environment.
Individual must be immediately deployable to potential hostile/combat areas worldwide
Travel: Ability to travel in support of Task order.
