Senior Merchant Services Sales Consultants to drive merchant acquisition and portfolio growth within the Merchant Services Relationship Banking Sales Team. This role partners directly with bankers to identify merchant service opportunities, consult with clients, and deliver tailored payment solutions.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with deep Merchant Services expertise, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to influence internal partners and deliver exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with Relationship Bankers and Managers to understand client needs and uncover merchant services opportunities.
- Consult on complex payment needs including assessments, current-state evaluations, customized proposals, and financial statement review.
- Deliver merchant solutions including software integrations, ecommerce platforms, mobile payment capabilities, and terminal devices.
- Lead sourcing and prospecting activity within assigned portfolios and markets.
- Coach and influence banker partners to identify merchant opportunities and drive referral volume.
- Manage pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM and other cloud-based tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Proven ability to drive new business through direct prospecting, sourcing, and closing.
- Demonstrated success achieving strong sales performance in a metric-driven environment.
- Strong ability to conduct merchant assessments, analyze payment acceptance environments, and present value-based proposals.
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of payment processing, merchant pricing, interchange, terminals, gateways, ecommerce, and mobile solutions.
- Experience reviewing merchant statements and recommending optimized solutions.
- Ability to coach bankers to identify merchant needs and generate consistent referrals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong presentation capabilities with the ability to deliver compelling proposals to clients and internal teams.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar tools for pipeline management.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and cloud-based tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data, pipeline flow, and timely follow-ups.
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 75% role is a field position

Locations:- This is a 100% remote role, with candidates required to live in or near the Irving, Texas 75038 location and may cover multiple surrounding geographies would need to partner within this area
