Wells Fargo is seeking a
Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions to support the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Team.

In this role, you will:- Onboard Treasury Services for large non-bank financial institutions, with a special focus on asset managers, who open new account frequently.
- Help manage client onboarding and product implementations from the sales support perspective, serving as a key partner among downstream and upstream onboarding teams.
- Partner closely with Treasury Management Consultants, helping them achieve speed to revenue. Proactively communicate with customers, answering questions, providing updates on ongoing initiatives, and generally serving as the extension of the consultant.
- Get to know your clients and understand their unique needs and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within internal processes and for the broader sales support organization.
- Manage critical risk activities for your portfolio.
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Have opportunity to develop and practice sales skills, with the goal of eventually becoming a Treasury Management Consultant.
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience in Treasury Management
- Strong business-to-business sales acumen
- Experience supporting large, complex clients
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
- Ability to develop strong partnerships
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest or experience in the corresponding banking industry
- Ability to be a self-starter and independent learner
- Interest in a sales role
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$28.85 - $48.08
