Maintaining framework overviews and documentation. Contribute to the Division's annual technology investment planning by: Performing data analysis to inform decision-making. Developing executive-level reporting presentations. Manage ad-hoc budget requests, including re-allocations and expenditure reporting updates. Support planning, execution, and tracking of timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones. Support stakeholder and governance meetings, including creating materials, capturing meeting minutes and following up on action plans. Develop and deliver communication materials and plans, including newsletters, executive presentations, and online content Manage internal SharePoint(s) and/or website(s) including content creation and site maintenance.
