Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop operations staff and front‑line leaders to build a high‑performance culture.
- Oversee leaders and the plant manufacturing process/daily work flow of a larger facility employees and setting standards to ensure on-time production and quality objectives are met.
- Manage staffing, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Motivate and empower the management team to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee day‑to‑day production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity requirements are consistently achieved.
- Monitor operational performance to identify issues and execute corrective actions.
- Implement cost‑control, waste‑reduction, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Ensure optimal use of labor, equipment, and material resources.
- Drive a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and company standards.
- Champion quality control processes and ensure all production outputs meet established specifications.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead root‑cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, increase throughput, and enhance equipment reliability.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Expert in a production or operations management role with direct leadership responsibility.
- Proven leading teams through change, growth, or operational transformation.
- Built in Quality (BIQ) and Lean Leadership.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
- Advanced English skills is a must.

- Production Training — Expert in assessing training needs, developing and delivering equipment training, partnering with manufacturers, and measuring training effectiveness.
- Problem Solving — Able to identify issues, analyze data, evaluate options, and use diagnostic tools to develop effective solutions.
- Influencing — Skilled at crafting persuasive messages, understanding decision dynamics, and adapting communication to influence stakeholders.
- Flexibility & Adaptability — Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, remains open to new ideas, and maintains composure while navigating change.
- Performance Management — Provides coaching, sets clear expectations, identifies performance gaps early, and recognizes high performance.
- Analytical Thinking — Uses structured analysis and tools to identify trends, compare solutions, and guide data-driven decision making.
- Planning & Organizing — Prioritizes effectively, anticipates issues, structures work into manageable steps, and ensures timely completion.
- Effective Communication — Communicates clearly and professionally, tailors messages to the audience, and uses persuasive techniques to drive alignment.
Additional information:
- This position will be in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon
- This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.
- Requires working weekends, based on business continuity needs.
