Administrateur de comptes – JLL
En quoi consiste ce poste :JLL recherche un administrateur de comptes dévoué pour gérer les opérations financières complètes sur site pour nos propriétés premium de Montréal (Centre Eaton de Montréal, Place Montréal Trust et Le 1500). Ce rôle joue un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de relations solides avec les locataires tout en assurant une gestion financière précise des comptes fournisseurs, des comptes clients et des recouvrements. Le candidat retenu interprétera des clauses de bail complexes et fournira un soutien financier essentiel qui contribue directement à l'excellence opérationnelle et à la satisfaction client de JLL sur le marché montréalais.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Traiter les dépôts quotidiens en personne et maintenir des dossiers financiers précis
Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des comptes en souffrance depuis plus de 60 jours pour les locataires qui ne sont pas dans des situations particulières (Litiges, C-36, etc.)
Réconcilier les comptes clients suite aux avenants de bail affectant les calculs de loyer
Envoyer les états de compte et factures aux locataires dans les délais prescrits
Compléter mensuellement les refacturations opérationnelles (Chargebacks et Service Calls) pour tous les détaillants et bureaux
Ajouter systématiquement des commentaires de suivi de recouvrement aux documents de suivi des locataires et fournir des analyses détaillées pour accélérer le paiement des factures
Fournir un soutien de relève à l'administrateur de comptes pour les comptes fournisseurs pendant les périodes de pointe et les vacances
Qualifications requises :
Diplôme post-secondaire en administration avec minimum deux ans d'expérience pertinente
Solides compétences en planification, organisation, analyse numérique et communication
Excellente maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Word et Excel
Connaissances de base de l'interprétation de baux et de l'analyse de clauses financières
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme rapide avec des échéances serrées
Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais) pour la communication écrite et orale avec les locataires et partenaires externes
Expérience en comptabilité ou tenue de livres, de préférence dans l'industrie de l'immobilier commercial
Qualifications préférées :
Connaissance du logiciel de gestion immobilière Yardi
Expérience avec le logiciel Basware
Expérience antérieure en immobilier commercial ou gestion immobilière
Compréhension des réglementations de location commerciale du Québec
Expérience en relations avec les locataires et service à la clientèle

Account Administrator – JLL
What this job involves:JLL is seeking a dedicated Account Administrator to manage comprehensive on-site financial operations for our premium Montreal properties (Centre Eaton of Montreal, Place Montreal Trust and Le 1500). This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong tenant relationships while ensuring accurate financial management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. The successful candidate will interpret complex lease clauses and provide essential financial support that directly contributes to JLL's operational excellence and client satisfaction in the Montreal market.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Process daily deposits in person and maintain accurate financial records
Conduct rigorous follow-up on accounts over 60 days past due for tenants not in special situations (Disputes, C-36, etc.)
Reconcile accounts receivable following lease amendments affecting rent calculations
Send statements of account and invoices to tenants within prescribed timeframes
Complete monthly operational recharges (Chargebacks and Service Calls) for all Retailers and Offices
Systematically add collection follow-up comments to tenant tracking documents and provide detailed analyses to accelerate invoice payment
Provide backup support to Account Administrator for accounts payable during peak periods and vacations
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in administration with minimum two years of relevant experience
Strong skills in planning, organization, numerical analysis, and communication
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software
Basic knowledge of lease interpretation and financial clause analysis
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Bilingualism required (French and English) for written and spoken communication with tenants and external partners
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within commercial real estate industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Yardi property management software
Experience with Basware software
Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management
Understanding of Quebec commercial leasing regulations
Experience with tenant relations and customer service
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
