Description:You will be the Facilities Procurement Rep (Level 2) for the Procurement Team. Our team is responsible for delivering timely, cost‑effective acquisition of tools, services, equipment and parts that keep our mission‑critical operations running.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Procurement Rep (Level 2) you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement processes that support Maintenance, Layout & Planning, and Construction Engineering initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Procure tools, services, equipment and parts using Lockheed Martin’s S/4HANA system and P‑Card processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, maintenance supervisors and SEMAC personnel to meet project schedules.
- Ensure all procurements comply with Company policy and LMAP procedures.
- Generate and distribute daily reports on procurement and invoice payment activity.
- Gather documentation, reconcile P‑Card charges, and answer procurement‑related questions.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor or as a part of a team.
- Strong experience in use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
