Description:The Senior Supplier Survey Administrator leads the end‑to‑end process for supplier surveys and audits, guaranteeing that all supplier data, certifications, and approvals are accurate, current, and compliant with corporate and industry standards. Acting as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for supplier profiles, special‑process codes, and related systems (SAP P2P, Exostar), this role collaborates closely with Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and the Supply Chain Quality team to resolve issues and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives with minimal supervision.
Core Responsibilities1. Process & Review Survey/Audit Requests – Verify supplier information, history, financial requirements, and points of contact before granting approval.
2. Survey/Audit Assignment – Allocate surveys to qualified surveyors based on certification, past performance, backlog, and geography.
3. Certification Management – Review Nadcap/QMS certifications and upload them for new non‑onsite approval requests.
4. Expiration Monitoring – Proactively track expiring non‑survey approvals (QMS/Nadcap), obtain updated certifications, and refresh approvals in SAP P2P.
5. Post‑Survey Closeout – Audit and maintain all documentation after survey completion to ensure traceability and compliance.
6. Checklist Development – Create and maintain corporate/industry survey checklists to standardize audit execution.
7. Surveyor Certification Management – Maintain surveyor certification records in the P2P system, ensuring validity for assignments.
8. Override Request Review – Evaluate and approve (or reject) override requests per policy.
9. SPA Team Participation – Serve as a voting member of the corporate Special Process Approval (SPA) team.
10. SME for Supplier Profiles & Codes – Act as the SME and primary point of contact for supplier profiles, special‑process codes, hierarchy in SAP P2P, and supplier interface systems (Exostar).
11. Cross‑Functional Liaison – Bridge Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and the Supply Chain Quality team to resolve issues and implement process improvements with little supervision.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
