1. Integration Solution Design, Development, and Implementation
Design, develop, and implement Workday integration solutions that meet the requirements of clients and third-party vendors, leveraging deep technical expertise in Workday’s integration toolset.
Design Workday integration security frameworks to ensure data confidentiality and strict adherence to compliance standards.
2. Project Leadership and Advisory
Lead project teams as a technical lead, ensuring that all deliverables meet project timelines and stringent quality standards.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide technical advisory and best-practice recommendations to client executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Execute and oversee all technical aspects of the software implementation lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live deployment.
Proactively identify risks and dependencies, solving technical challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Quality Assurance and Knowledge Transfer
Support and oversee comprehensive testing (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and UAT support) to verify the accuracy and integrity of developed solutions against specifications.
Facilitate client self-sufficiency by providing training, detailed documentation, and knowledge transfer to client technical teams regarding Workday solution maintenance and operations.
4. Continuous Improvement and Mentorship
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Workday features, technologies, and best practices, contributing to the enhancement of internal organizational expertise.
Serve as a mentor to junior consultants, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.

Minimum Qualifications
Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in technical consulting, system integrations between Payroll/HR systems, or similar implementation projects.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced understanding of web services (SOAP/REST), XML/XSLT, SQL, and ETL tools.
Architecture & Security: Extensive experience in data transformation and security design.
SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to full-scale deployment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues involving data integrity and programmatic logic.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage and execute multiple internal and external projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Programming: Practical experience in programming with JavaScript.
Workday Certification: Active Workday certifications (e.g., Integrations, HCM, Financials).
Workday Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Workday implementation projects, or equivalent experience in a similar field.
Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Report Writer.
Functional Knowledge: Technical understanding of one or more Workday functional areas, such as HCM or Financials.
Domain Experience: Experience in implementing Payroll solutions.
Leadership: Practical experience serving as a Project Manager or Technical Lead.
