The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team:
Brief Description of Department
Enterprise Shared Services is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the Corporate Card Team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well organized, and has a long track record of continuous process improvements.
This position will interact with everyone on the Corporate Card team and be hands on process to identify improvement opportunities, participate in requirement gathering sessions, solve payment issues, fulfil operational day-to-day activities conduct QA testing and assist in system issue resolution. Individual will be expected to learn the complete AP end to end process.
What You Will do:

Conduct process reviews and recommend improvement opportunities based on corporate card data analysis.

Identify issues and drive root cause analysis to determine course of action and be hands on in working with external partners, internal stakeholders, and tech team to implement changes

Provide high level reporting to all levels of leadership

Work closely with technology team DT to resolve in process enhancements and break/fixes

Communicate regularly with Corporate Card team and management on any system issues and status

Maintain an understanding of processes outside of Corporate Card but impact the overall workflow for supplier payments

Be flexible to perform a broad range of tasks in ES Corporate Cards as necessary

Takes initiative to identify potential improvements
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
This role typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience gained in a corporate accounting, AR/AP setting or an Advanced degree. In the absence of a degree 6 or more years of relevant applicable experience will be considered.

At least 1 year experience with and knowledge of Corporate Cards/ Travel & Expense

At least 1 year of experience in a setting requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills

At least 1 year of experience with SAP system
Qualifications We Prefer:

Citibank and banking experience a plus

Concur experience a plus

Strong communication skills with ability to present recommendations effectively to Management in both written and oral form

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
